My name is Dovile

Here is a little bit about myself. I am an accredited Family mediator working online and across the United States, Canada, UK and European Union.

A couple of years ago, I took a big step and left traditional practice to start working on my own. I had been mediating for around 10 years but I wanted to provide a personal platform to offer tailor made options to divorcing or separating couples and focus more on my mediation capabilities.

As a mediator, I get the opportunity to meet both individuals involved in the dispute. I think that it very important for both sides of a story to be listened to carefully. So many of the confusions and misunderstandings which occur between people going through difficulties lie at the core of the disagreement.

Working with both parties, sometimes including children, helps to accomplish a complete and tailor-made approach to problem resolving and relationship complications.

The area of mediation involves information and coaching and helps clarify the legal process so both parties can simplify their own resolutions. Family professionals obviously need to participate with each other to provide the collective solutions which families are looking for nowadays.

Family mediation is now at the vanguard of the family dispute solving process within families. My recent experience and training as a parenting coordinator have enabled me, along with the openness of online mediation, to develop my conciliation skills more. It gave me the opportunity to meet new people and advise parents in the possible negative effects of conflict on children.

I am glad I took the career steps I did and I am grateful to all those couples and parents who believed in me to be their mediator.
